1.Pakistani Kheer Recipe(Rice Pudding)
Ingredients:
- Basmati rice ¼ Cup (Soaked for 1 hour)
- Milk 1 liter
- Sugar ½ Cup
- Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
- Almonds Blanched & chopped 2 tbs
- Khoya 50 gms
- Kewra water ½ tsp
1.Slightly grind rice in a spice mill or in zip lock bag,add soaked rice and slightly crushed.
2.In pot,add milk and bring it to boil,add crushed rice and cook for 8-10 minutes, keep stirring in between.
3.Add sugar,cardamom powder,mix well and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes or until rice are cooked and keep stirring in between.
4.Add almonds and khoya,mix well.
5.In the end,add kewra essence and give it a good mix.
Rice Kheer is ready to serve.

- اجزاء:
- باسمتی چاول ¼ کپ (1 گھنٹے کے لیے بھگوئے ہوئے)
- دودھ 1 لیٹر
- چینی آدھا کپ
- الائچی پاؤڈر ¼ چائے کا چمچ
- بادام بلانچ اور کٹے ہوئے 2 چمچ
- کھویا 50 گرام
- کیوڑا پانی آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ہدایات:
1. چاولوں کو مسالے کی چکی میں یا زپ لاک بیگ میں ہلکا سا پیس لیں، بھیگے ہوئے چاول ڈالیں اور تھوڑا سا کچل لیں۔
2. دیگچی میں دودھ ڈال کر ابال لیں، پسے ہوئے چاول ڈالیں اور 8-10 منٹ تک پکائیں، درمیان میں ہلاتے رہیں۔
3. چینی، الائچی پاؤڈر ڈالیں، اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور ہلکی آنچ پر 10-15 منٹ تک پکائیں یا جب تک چاول پک نہ جائیں اور درمیان میں ہلاتے رہیں۔
4. بادام اور کھویا ڈالیں، اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
5. آخر میں کیوڑا ایسنس شامل کریں اور اسے اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
چاول کی کھیر پیش کرنے کے لیے تیار ہے۔
3.Instant Kheer Recipe(Indian Recipe)
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup short grain rice(40 - 50 Gms)
- 8 - 9 Cashews
- Pistachios
- Rasins
- Almonds
- 8 -9 Green Cardamom
- 1.5 Litre Full Fat Milk
- 7 -8 Tbsp Sugar (100gms)
- Kesar
- 1 liter milk
- 1/4 cup soaked rice ( 50 g )
- dry fruits
- 1/2 cup sugar ( 100 g )
- 1/3 cup condensed milk
- 2 tbsps short grain rice
- 1 litter full-fat milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ tsp green cardamom powder
- ½ tsp rose water
- 2 tbsps almond, chopped
- 2 tbsps Pistachios, slivers
- 1/2 ltr Milk
- 1/3 cup roasted Vermicelli (Seviyan)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
- Almond Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- 2 litre full fat milk
- ½ cup or 100grm small grain rice
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 3 tbsp almond slices
- 3 tbsp cashews slices
- 2 tbsp pistachio slices
- 1 tbsp charoli
- 1 cup milk to cook rice
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup sugar according to your taste
- ¾ tsp cardamom powder
- In a mixture jar, add ½ cup rice and slightly grind it on pulses.
- Wash rice with water and keep it aside.
- Now in a pressure cooker, add 1 tbsp ghee. Then add almond slices, cashews slices, chirodi, and pista slices. Sauté for a minute. Take it out into a plate and keep it aside.
- Now add rice and sauté for a minute. Then add 1 cup of milk and ½ cup of water. Cover and pressure cook rice on a medium flame for 2 whistles.
- When the cooker is completely cool down, check the rice and mash it slightly.
- Now in heavy bottom kadai, add some water and 2-liter milk and bring it to boil.
- Then add cooked rice and mix well.
- simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until milk thickens.
- Then add sugar and stir well.
- Also, add roasted dry fruits and mix well.
- boil for 5 minutes or until the kheer turns creamy and sugar is dissolved completely.
- Then add ¼ tsp cardamom powder. Mix well.
- Enjoy rice kheer hot or chilled for a week when refrigerated.
