Ingredients:


  • All-purpose flour 2 Cups
  • Salt 2 pinches
  • Cinnamon powder 2 pinches 
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Banana ripe 5-6 
  • Butter ½ Cup (room temperature) 
  • Brown sugar powdered ¾ Cup
  • Eggs 2 (room temperate) 
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

 

Directions:

1.In bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,salt,cinnamon powder,baking powder,sift together and mix well & set aside.

2.Peel the bananas and mash well with the help of the fork & set aside.

3.In bowl,add butter and whisk well.

4.Add brown sugar,eggs and whisk well.

5.Add mashed banana,vanilla essence and whisk well.

6.Gradually add flour mixture and fold with the help of the spatula.

7.Grease 9 x 3 inch loaf pan with butter,place butter paper and grease again with butter.

8.Now pour prepared batter and tap for 2-3 times on working counter.

9.Bake in preheated oven at 160 C for 60-65 minutes.

Ingredients:

Prepare Chocolate Ganache:

Dark chocolate chopped 100g
cream 50ml

Prepare Crust:

Caramelized biscuits or Biscuits of your choice 300g
Butter melted 70g

Whipped Cream Layer: 

Ice cubes as required
 cream chilled 500ml
Icing sugar ½ Cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: 

Cream cheese 200ml
Icing sugar ½ Cup
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Banana 3 or as required
Pineapple chunks 1 Cup or as required
Walnuts chopped as required

Directions:

Prepare Chocolate Ganache:

1.In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cream & microwave for 1 minute then mix well & transfer to a squeeze bottle.

Prepare Crust:

2.In a chopper,add caramelized biscuits & process until finely crushed.

3.Add butter & process until well combined.

4.In a serving dish,add add crumble mixture & press firmly to create an even layer and refrigerate until set (30 minutes).

Prepare  Whipped Cream Layer: 

5.In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.

6.Add icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat until soft peaks form & set aside.

Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: 

7.In another bowl,add cream cheese,icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat well.

8.Add 1/3rd portion of whipped cream in mixture & beat until well combined & transfer to a piping bag.

9.Transfer remaining whipped cream to a piping bag & set aside for later use. 

Assembling:

10.On serving dish,add & spread prepared cream cheese layer.

11.Cut thin slices of banana.

12.Add banana slices,pineapple chunks,whipped cream layer & refrigerate until chilled (2-3 hours). 

13.Decorate with prepared chocolate ganache,walnuts & cherry.

14.Serve chilled.

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted

Directions: Mix all ingredients together well. Bake at 350F for 1 hour in a greased loaf pan.

Ingredients:
  • 8-7 Bananas
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Caster sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp Almond essence
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts (chopped)
  • Nutella as required

Directions:
1.In a bowl mash bananas and set aside.
2.Take another bowl add butter, brown sugar, caster sugar, oil and mix it well until smooth.
3.Then add mashed bananas, egg, vanilla essence, almond essence, baking soda, salt, flour and beat until you get a smooth consistency.
4.Then divide the batter in two equal parts. Grease and flour the baking trays so the batter don’t stick.
5.In a mold pour half batter, top it with nutella and make design using toothpick.
6.In the other half add raisins, walnuts and pour it baking tray as well. Bake both at 180 degree for 30 to 40 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed with a fork
  • ½ cup butter (1 stick) at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup white sugar (or use 1 scant cup of honey)
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp real vanilla extract
  • 1 cup walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup raisins


Directions:


1.In a bowl add 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted at room temperature and add 3/4 cup of sugar ,cream those together with medium high speed with electric beater.

2.In another bowl mash 3 ripe bananas with fork and add the mashed bananas to the rest of your batter along with 2 room temperature eggs ,mix together until well combined,and then add 1-1/2 cup of flour ,a tsp of baking soda and 1/2tsp of salt.Stir in a 1/2tbsp of vanilla essence ,in last add half a cup of raisins ,coarsely chopped and toasted walnuts .Mix everything well.

3.Grease the pan and put the mixture in a pan and bake the banana cake at 350 F for 50 -55 minutes.

Ingredients:

  1. 3 medium sized very ripe bananas, or 1 and 1/2 cups mashed bananas
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 6 tbsp (85 g) of melted butter or oil
  4. 1/4 cup (50g) of brown sugar (If you don’t want to use brown sugar, you can use white sugar instead)
  5. 1/3 cup (66g) white sugar *I find this is enough sugar if adding the chocolate chips but if you add nuts in place of chocolate chips, I would suggest you to increase it to 3/4 cup (150g)
  6. 1/4 cup yogurt(65g)
  7. 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
  8. 2 cups (260 g) of plain flour or all purpose flour
  9. 1/8 tsp salt
  10. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  11. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  12. 1 cup (175g) semi sweet or milk chocolate chips

Directions:

1.Preheat the oven 325 F or 165 C.

2.Prepare the baking pan by greasing the pan(9×5 inch) with some butter and keep it aside.


3.Prepare the flour mix.

Into the flour, add in the baking powder, baking soda and salt .Mix everything together so that all the ingredients gets evenly distributed in the flour and keep it aside.

4.In to a medium bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix them together to form a batter.

5.Combine the wet ingredients.

6.Mash the bananas using a fork or a potato masher.Make sure there are no big chunks of banana.

7.Add the melted butter ,sugar, yogurt and then Eggs and vanilla extract.

8.Combine all of these ingredients to form a homogenous mixture.

9.While preparing the cake batter,we should keep in our mind that, if we over mix the batter after adding the flour, it may cause development of gluten strands which can result in tough and rubbery banana bread.

So use the minimum folds and strokes to mix them together.

10.If the proportion of leavening agents in the recipe is correct and if the folding method is gentle, then our banana bread will always be soft, light and fluffy.

11.Mix together the wet and dry ingredients.

12.Add in the chocolate chips and mix together.


13.Transfer the batter in to our prepared baking pan.

The size of the baking pan I have used is 9 x 5 inch.

14.Sprinkle the top with some more chocolate chips to make it more appealing.

15.Bake @ 325 F or 165 C preheated oven for about 70 minutes.

16.If your pan size is different the baking time may vary slightly.If the pan is wider or bigger ,then the baking duration will be (about 10 minutes) lesser.

17.Check the doneness by poking a skewer inserted into the center of the chocolate chip banana bread.It it comes out clean, our banana bread is done.You may find some melted chocolate in the skewer which is not to be get confused with the doneness of banana bread.

18.Let the chocolate chip banana bread sit in the baking pan itself for 10-15 minutes and then transfer it on to a cooling rack to finish cooling.

  •      1½ cups all-purpose flour (180g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  •  cup mashed overripe bananas (about 3 bananas)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted (113g/120ml)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.

2. Mash 3 ripe bananas in another bowl.

3.Whisk together the banana, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, until incorporated but the bananas are still a bit lumpy.

4. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

5. Stir until combined.

6. Add the batter to a lined muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes. Let the banana muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes and serve or cool completely.

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda (6g)
  • 1 tsp baking powder (4g)
  • 1 tsp salt (6g)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar (150g)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (113g) room temperature
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 bananas very ripe, mashed, about 1 1/2 cups
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (170g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla (5ml)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F (180C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl then whisk together and set aside.
  • Cream the butter then add the sugar and mix in high until well combined and lighter in color, about 3 minutes.
  • Mix in the eggs one at a time then beat in the vanilla extract. Mix in the mashed bananas then add the dry ingredients and fold together until almost combined.
  • Reserve a handful of the chocolate chips and add the rest to the batter. Fold in to distribute. Transfer batter into your prepared loaf pan, sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake at 350F for about 60 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.

  •  cup (5oz/142g) sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  •  cup (21/2floz/71ml) milk
  • ¼ cup (2floz/57ml) flavorless oil (canola, vegetable, sunflower oil)
  •  teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 medium bananas

Instructions

  • 1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • 2.In a medium bowl combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, oats, sugar, cinnamon, and salt)
  • 3.In a large bowl, finely mash the bananas with a fork. Whisk in eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
  • 4.Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix by hand just until combined. Do not over mix as this can make the banana bread tough.
  • 5.Pour the banana bread batter into the pan and bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean. Enjoy!
  • 6.Store at room temperature wrapped in cling wrap for up to 3 days.

  • ​1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar + 3/4 cup, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup mashed banana, 2 medium bananas
  • extra sugar for dusting



Directions:


1.Set the oven to 350 degrees. A 9 x 5 loaf pan should be greased and saved.

2.1 cup of blueberries and 1 tbsp. sugar should be combined in a sauce pan. Cook the blueberries until they begin to soften over medium heat. As the sauce somewhat thickens, mash it with a spoon. Take it off the stove and let it cool.

3.Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a sizable bowl. As you incorporate, stir.

4.Add the vanilla, milk, butter, and eggs. Stir in the bananas after beating or whisking the mixture just until incorporated. Avoid overmixing.

5.Place half of the batter in the pan that has been prepared. With a toothpick, sprinkle the top with half of the blueberry mixture and combine. Top with the remaining blueberry mixture and add the remaining batter.

6.Continue the swirling effect.

7.Add some white sugar to the top.

Cake: ½ Cup Vegetable Shortening 1 ½ Cup Granulated Sugar 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract 2 Eggs 1 Cup Mashed Bananas (About 3 bananas) 4 Tablespoons Buttermilk 2 Cups All Purpose Flour ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda ½ Teaspoon Salt Frosting: 1 8 Ounce Package Cream Cheese, Softened 1 Stick Butter, Room Temperature 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup 1 ½ Cups Powdered Sugar Optional: ½ Cup Pecans for topping

Directions:

1.Cream the vegetable shortening, sugar, and vanilla in a standing mixer until thoroughly mixed. One at a time, whisk well after each addition of an egg. Buttermilk and mashed bananas should be combined.

2.Flour, baking soda, and salt should all be combined in a separate bowl. Add the flour mixture gradually while blending the banana mixture until just blended.

3.Pour into a baking dish that is 13" x 9" and buttered.

4.Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees, or until a toothpick inserted comes out largely clean. At the 20-minute mark, start keeping an eye on it.

5.Avoid overbaking it or it will become dry.

6.Allow to totally cool.

Frosting:

7.Cream cheese and butter should be blended and frothy in a mixer. Mix in the powdered sugar and maple syrup until creamy and fluid.

8.You're ready to serve after spreading the topping over the thoroughly cooled cake and adding the pecans.
