اجزاء:

جَو ٹوٹا 100 گرام
پانی حسب ضرورت

دودھ 1 لیٹر

کھجور 10 یا حسب ضرورت
الائچی پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ

پستا کٹا ہوا 2کھانے کے چمچ
بادام کٹے ہوئے 2 چمچ

ہدایات:

پیالے میں ٹوٹے ہوئے جو ڈالیں اور پانی سے دھو لیں

-پانی ڈال کر 3-4 گھنٹے یا رات بھر بھگو دیں پھر پانی نکال دیں۔

برتن میں دودھ ڈال کر ابال لیں، بھیگی ہوئی جو ڈالیں اور اچھی طرح مکس کریں، جزوی طور پر ڈھانپیں
اور ہلکی آنچ پر 8 سے 10 منٹ تک پکائیں۔
- کھجور کو سیڈ اور کاٹ لیں۔

کھجوریں شامل کریں، اچھی طرح مکس کریں، جزوی طور پر ڈھانپیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر 25-30 منٹ تک
پکائیں۔
الائچی پاؤڈر شامل کریں اور اچھی طرح مکس کریں، جزوی طور پر ڈھانپیں اور 8 سے 10 منٹ تک
پکائیں۔
پستہ، بادام ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔

2.Easy Talbina Recipe Sunnah


Easy Talbina Recipe Sunnah



Ingredients:

  • Barley broken 100 gms
  • Water as required
  • Water as required
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Dates 10 or as required
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp

  • Pistachio sliced 2 tbs
  • Almonds sliced 2 tbs

Directions:

1.Add broken barley to a bowl and fill with water.

2.Add water, soak for 3 to 4 hours, or overnight, and then drain. 3.In a pot, combine the milk with the boiling milk. Add the barley that has been soaked, stir well, and cook on low for 8 to 10 minutes. 4.Cut and deseed the dates. 5.Add the dates, well combine, partially cover, and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes on low heat. 6.Add the cardamom powder and stir well. After cooking for 8 to 10 minutes, partially cover the pan. 7.Incorporate almonds and pistachios. 8.Glaze & serve!

Delicious talbina is ready to serve.


3.Healthy Talbina Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Barley 1/2 cup
  • Milk 6 cups (1.5 liters)
  • Dates 6-8 (for paste)
  • Milk 4 tbsp (for paste)
  • Honey 2 tbsp or to taste 
  • Pistachios as required 
  • Almonds as required 
  • Raisins as required 
  • Coconut as required 
  • Honey 2 tbsp or to taste Pistachios as required 

Directions:


1. Put the barley in a bowl, wash it, and soak it for at least three to four hours, if not overnight.

2. Deseed them by taking dates. They can be combined with milk in a grinder to create a thick paste.

3. After that, add milk to a pan and bring it to a boil. Add the soaked barley and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the barley is completely cooked.

4. Next, combine the ingredients to give it a smoother texture.

5. Stir in the honey and date paste to the milk and heat through until thickened.

6. Finally, stir in the coconut, raisins, almonds, and pistachios. Talbina is all set. Before serving, allow the food to cool.

7. Add more dry fruits as a garnish before serving.

Delicious talbina is ready to serve.

Talbina Recipe for Heart and other Depression


Ingredients:
  • ½ Cup Barley Pearls
  • 4 Cups Milk
  • 2-3 Pcs Cinnamon Sticks
  • 4 Pcs Cardamom Pods
  • 1 Pc Bay Leaf
  • Salt
  • ½ Cup Pitted Dates
  • ¼ Cup Nuts
  • ¼ Cup Honey
Directions:

1.In a pan add 2 cups milk ,add 2,3 cinnamon sticks,4 pieces of cardamom,1 bay leaf,simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.

2.Overnight soaked barley in water and then strain and then add barley in boiling milk,simmer on medium heat for 45 minutes,stir continuously.

3.Add 1/2 cup pitted dates,nuts and honey and our delicious talbina is ready to serve.
