1.Chicken Korma pakistani Recipe by food fusion
Ingredients:
-Ghee ¾ Cup
-Onion sliced 2 large
-Black cardamom 2
-Green cardamom 5-6
-Cloves 3-4
-Black pepper corns ½ tsp
-Star anise 1
-Cinnamon sticks 2-3
-Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
-Bay leaves 3
-Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs
-Chicken korma cut ½ kg
-Salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Coriander powder roasted 2 tbs
-Red chili powder 2 tsp
-Yellow food color ¼ tsp
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Yogurt sour 1 Cup
-Nutmeg powder ¼ tsp
-Mace powder ¼ tsp
-Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
-Butter ½ tsp
-Kewra water 1 tsp
-Almonds blanched for garnishing
-Ginger for garnishing
Directions:
-In a pot, melt the ghee, then add the onion and fry until golden brown. Set aside.
-Add black cardamom,green cardamom,cloves,black pepper corns,star anise,cinnamon sticks,black cumin seeds,bay leaves and fry for 1 minute in the same pot.
-Mix in the ginger garlic paste.
-Add the chicken and cook until it changes colour, about 4-5 minutes.
-Mix in the salt,paprika powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder, and yellow food colour for 2 minutes.
-Mix in the water thoroughly.
-Turn off the heat and stir in the yoghurt for 2 minutes.
-Preheat the flame, add the nutmeg powder and mace powder, mix well, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Mix in the fried and crushed onion, bring to a boil, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
-Combine garam masala powder, butter, kewra water, and salt,and thoroughly combine.
-Top with almonds and ginger.

Ingredients:
Oil 2 cups
Chicken 1 kg
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder a pinch
Mace powder a pinch
Green cardamoms 8-10
Bay leaves 2
Cinnamon stick 2
Kewra essence (optional) 2 drops
Directions:
-Heat the oil in a pan, then add the onion and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
-In a blender, combine the fried onion and as much water as needed to make a thick paste. Place aside.
-Sauté the green cardamoms, cinnamon stick, and bay leaves in the same oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add the chicken and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on medium low heat.
-Cook for 2 to 3 minutes after adding red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, paprika powder, and salt. Then add the water and yoghurt and cook for 10 minutes on medium low heat, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Finally, add the onion paste and cook it ,for another 5 minutes.
Finally, add garam masala, nutmeg powder, mace powder, and essence and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

3.Best Degi Chicken Korma Recipe by Baba Food RRC
Ingredients:
1/4 cup yogurt
100 gram fried brown crushed onion
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4-5 cloves
1/2tsp black pepper
2-3 green cardamoms
1 long piece of cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
1tsp cumin seeds
1- 1/2 glass water
salt according to your taste
1tbsp red chilli powder
1/2tbsp cumin powder
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1tbsp coriander powder
1kg Chicken
1/2 cup oil
1-2 drops of kewra
1/2tbsp Garam Masala Powder
Directions:
-In a blender add 1/4 cup yogurt,100 gram fried brown crushed onion, 2tbsp water and blend well.
-Turn on the flame ,in a pot add the mixture of ground onion and yogurt, 2tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4-5 cloves ,1/2tsp black pepper, 2-3 green cardamoms , 1 long piece of cinnamon stick ,2 bay leaves ,1tsp cumin seeds add 1- 1/2 glass water ,mix and cover the lid until boils and then slow the flame and cook it on low flame for 12 minutes.
-After 12 minutes ,cook it on medium flame and add salt according to your taste , 1tbsp red chilli powder , 1/2tbsp cumin powder ,1/2tsp turmeric powder , 1tbsp coriander powder ,mix well and add 1kg chicken,cook it for 7-8 minutes on medium flame.
-After 7-8 minutes add 1/2 cup oil and cook it for 2 minutes on high flame and then cook it for 18 minutes until chicken tenders.
-Add 1-2 drops of kewra water ,1/2tbsp Garam Masala Powder ,turn the flame high and cook it for 2 minutes.

4.Chicken Korma Recipe pakistani Shan Masala
Ingredients:
Chicken/Mutton 1 kg
Onions 3 medium
Plain Yogurt 1 ½ cups
Ginger Julienne 2-3 tablespoons
Oil/ Ghee 1 cup
Shan Korma Mix 1 packet
Directions:
-Heat the oil and fry the onions until light golden, then remove and crush.
-Add the meat, yoghurt, and Shan Korma Mix to the same oil. Cook for 20-30 minutes, covered, on low heat.
-For the gravy, add julienne ginger and 12-1 cup water. Cook, covered, on low heat until the meat is tender.
-Mix in crushed onions. Cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat, covered.

5.Chicken Korma Recipe Coconut milk
Ingredients:-
1 tbsp. Chilli powder
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 cup Yoghurt
4 medium onions
5 Green Chillies
2 tbsp. Coriander seeds powder
2 tbsp. Cumin seeds powder
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
3 tbsp. Coconut oil
2” Cinnamon
¼ tsp. Asafoetida
1 tbsp. Garlic paste
1 tbsp. Ginger paste
2 cups Coconut milk
½ cup of finely chopped coriander
Salt to taste
Method:-
1. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes in a mixture of salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and yoghurt.
2. Grind the onions and chillies into a thick paste.
3. Heat the coconut oil in a skillet and add the cinnamon, cumin seeds, asafoetida, and ginger-garlic paste for a minute.
4. Cook for 4-5 minutes after adding the onion paste.
5. Stir in the coriander and cumin seed powders.
6. Fry the marinated chicken for 3-4 minutes.
7. Stir in the coconut milk and coriander leaves, then cover and cook until the chicken is done.
Chicken Korma Recipe Coconut milk is ready to serve.
6.Shaadio Wala Chicken Korma Recipe
Ingredients:
1kg chicken
1cup yogurt
1tbsp Korma Masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt according to taste
2tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 large onions fried and browned
1/2 cup ghee
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
5-6 black cloves
1tsp cumin
8-10 black pepper corns
2-3 drops of kewra water
1 glass water
Directions:
-In a bowl add 1 kg chicken ,1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp Korma Masala ,1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, Salt according to taste ,2tbsp ginger garlic paste ,mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
-In a blender add 2 large onions fried and browned and grind them.
-Turn on the flame and in a pan add 1/2 cup oil ,2 bay leaves ,1 cinnamon stick ,5-6 black cloves ,1 tsp cumin ,8-10 black pepper corns and slightly roast them then add the marinated chicken ,cover the lid and cook it for 7-8 minutes on low to medium flame.
-After 7-8 minutes add the onion ,2-3 drops of kewra water,fry it for 5 minutes ,when oil becomes visible add 1 glass of water and cook it when almost all water dries and oil becomes visible again.
-Shadio Wala Chicken Korma is ready.
