Ingredients:
-Chicken cut into stripes 250g -Yogurt whisked 2 tbs -Paprika powder ½ tsp -Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs -Lemon juice 1 tbs -Ginger garlic paste ½ tbs -Salt ½ tsp or to taste -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs -Egg 1 -Salt to taste -Black pepper crushed to taste -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Bread slices large -Butter -Mayonnaise -Tomato ketchup -Lettuce leaves -Cucumber slices -Cheese slices Directions:
1.In a bowl,add chicken,yogurt,paprika powder,tikka masala,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,salt & mix well.
2.In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken and cook on medium flame until chicken is tender (approx. 8-10 minutes) then cook on high flame until dries up.
3.Let it cool & roughly chop into small pieces with the help of knife & set aside.
4.In a bowl,add egg,sprinkle salt,black pepper crushed & whisk well.
5.In a frying pan,add cooking oil & fry whisked egg from both sides (1-2 minutes) & set aside.
6.Cut the sides of large bread slices with the help of knife.
7.Grease cast iron grill pan with butter & toast bread slices from both sides.
Assembling:
8.Now place three toasted bread slices on a clean working surface.
9.Spread mayonnaise and tomato ketchup,place lettuce leaves,cucumber,prepared omelet,cheese slices & place another bread slice on top.
10.Now add prepared chicken tikka filling & flip third bread slice over it (makes 3-4).
11.Cut into desired pieces & insert skewer.
12.Serve with coleslaw,French fries & tomato ketchup.

4.In a bowl,add gram flour,salt,cumin seeds,baking powder,orange food color,gradually add water whisk well & set aside.
Prepare Red Chutney (Lal mirch & Lehsan):
5.In a spice mill,add garlic,cumin seeds,button red chillies,salt,cooking oil,kashmiri red chillies & water,blend well & set aside.
Prepare Green Chutney (Hara Masala):
6.In a spice mill,add garlic,desiccated coconut,salt,mint leaves,fresh coriander,lemon juice & water, blend well & set aside.
7.Trim sides of bread slices.
8.Add & spread green chutney on one bread slice & red chutney on another bread slice.
9.Add & spread potato filling & flip the other bread slice over it.
10.Now dip properly bread sandwich in pakora batter to evenly coat all sides.

Directions:
1. In a bowl mix chicken cubes, yogurt, salt, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, lemon juice and oil. Marinate your chicken for 15 to 20 minutes.
2. For pita bread add flour, yeast, salt, sugar and oil in a bowl. Mix well and add lukewarm water to knead a soft dough. Cover with cling and let it proof for 30 to 35 minutes or until double in size.
3. Prepare vinaigrette vegetable by mixing vinegar and water in a bowl. Dip carrots, capsicum, cucumber and onion in it for 20 to 25 minutes and your veggies are ready.
4. For chili sauce heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté it for a minute. Add ketchup, vinegar, chili sauce, soy sauce, salt, chili flakes and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on low medium flame or until your sauce get thicken. Chili sauce is ready, set aside.
5. In another bowl add mayonnaise, cream, black pepper, salt, garlic and mix it well. Your mayo sauce is ready. Set aside.
6. For cooking marinated chicken, heat oil in a pan and cook your chicken for 10 to 15 minutes or until its properly cooked and dried. Your chicken filling is ready set aside.
7. Take your pita dough, divide it into eight equal balls. Then take each ball and roll in out in a small thick circle shape.
8. Heat a flat pan and cook your pita breads on it for 3 to 4 minutes each side on low flame until its 70% cooked.
9. Assembling: Place your pita bread on a pizza pan, spread chili sauce and mayo sauce on it. Then place vinaigrette veggies and cooked on top.
10. Top it with good amount of cheese and cover with another pita bread. Spread some more mozzarella cheese on top and sprinkle chili flakes and oregano.
11. Method 1: grease a pan with oil and place your sandwich on top. Cover and cook on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.

6. Take a bread slice and spread Nurpur Butter on it. Add a layer of chicken sandwich, potatoes, green sauce and cover it with another bread slice.

2.Blend well until it’s in the powder form and keep it aside.

5.Now in a pan, add oil. When heated up, add chopped garlic and sauté for 1 min.

Ingredients for sandwich: Chicken fillets 250g Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Mustard paste 1 tbsp Lettuce leaves as required Tomato (sliced) as required Cucumber (sliced) as required Egg 1 Sandwich bread as required Butter as required Ingredients for garlic mayo sauce: Mayonnaise 1 cup Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp Garlic (chopped) 1/2 tbsp Parsley (dried) 1 tsp Ingredients for coleslaw: Cabbage (shredded) 1 cup Carrot (julienne) 1/2 cup Lemon juice 1 tbsp Mayonnaise 1 cup Vinegar 1 tsp Salt to taste Black pepper 1/2 tsp Icing sugar 1/2 tsp
Directions:
1.Take chicken breast piece and cut thin fillets.
2.In a bowl add mustard paste, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt, chicken fillets and mix it well. Marinate your chicken for 25 to 30 minutes.
3.For garlic mayo sauce add mayonnaise, black pepper, garlic, parsley in a bowl and mix it well. Your garlic mayo sauce is ready.
4.For coleslaw take a bowl, add mayo, sugar, lemon juice, black pepper, vinegar and mix it well. Add cabbage, carrot in it, mix well again and its ready. Refrigerate for 2 hours at least before serving.
5.Now take sandwich bread and remove edges. Brush your grill pan with butter and grill bread from both sides for a minute.
6.In a frying pan add one teaspoon of oil and fry egg in it until fully cooked from both sides.

5.Assemble your sandwich; take sandwich bread and spread chili mayo sauce. Now top it with cheese, veggies and cover with another bread slices. Add another layer of cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese and place another slice to cover.

Directions for spicy mayo sauce:
1.In a bowl add mayonnaise, mustard paste, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, red chili flakes and black pepper. Whisk until all ingredients are well combined. Your spicy mayo sauce is ready.
Directions for crispy taco:
2.In a bowl add flour, salt, yeast and mix all these ingredients well. Start adding water gradually and knead smooth tacky dough. Brush oil as required, cover it with cling and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
3.Take dough, cut it into four halves and roll out one part into a very thin sheet.
4.Brush it with butter, sprinkle some flour, chili flakes and oregano on it. roll it tightly into a tube shape and brush it with butter again.
5.Then roll it again into a ball shape and let it rest for 10 more minutes. Lastly roll out this ball in circle shape.
6. Shift this round taco on a preheated and greased pan, prick it with a fork and brush it with milk. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Grease with butter and cook each side on medium flame until light golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
Assembling:
7.Prepare K&N’s Thunder Fillets as per instructions on the pack. And set aside.
8.Take your crispy taco and spread a nice amount of mayo sauce on it. Place two prepared K&N’s Thunder Fillets on half of crispy taco and fold it in half giving it a moon shape.

2.Make small balls of 105 grams; roll out each in round shape. Cook on a medium pan on low flame each side for 40 seconds or 1 minute.
3.Then again cook on a grill pan, each side for at least a minute and then cut them from center and make pocket.

-In a bowl,add chicken,yogurt,paprika powder,tikka masala,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,salt & mix well.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken and cook on medium flame until chicken is tender (approx. 8-10 minutes) then cook on high flame until dries up.
-Let it cool & roughly chop into small pieces with the help of knife & set aside.

3 slices white sandwich bread or any type of bread that you like and you have it. 2 slices of cooked ham 3 tablespoon grated gouda cheese, Any type of cheese, you can choose 2 eggs 3 teaspoons mayonnaise 5 tablespoons milk A little salt to taste 1 tablespoon butter Instructions
1. Cut out all 4 edges of the slices of bread.
2.Spread the mayonnaise onto all 3 slices of bread.
3.Place the shredded gouda cheese onto all 3 slices of bread.
4.Place 2 slices of cooked ham onto each slice of bread.
5.I use a cutting board to press lightly on the slices of bread, cheese and slices cooked ham. After that, turn them on top of the remaining bread.
6.Using the cutting board to gently press on the sandwich again.
7.Place 2 cups on the cutting board for about 3 to 4 minutes to make the sandwich flat.
8.In a bowl, crack in eggs, season with salt and spoon in the milk. Beat the ingredients until combined with a fork.
9.Soak the sandwich in the egg mixture.
10.In a flying pan, melt the butter on medium heat.
11.Once the butter has melted, place in the sandwich.
12.Grill the sandwich until golden brown on all sides for about 3 minutes per side.
13.Cut the Monte Cristo sandwich into triangles and serve immediately. !
