-Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 6 tbs
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 400ml (room temperature)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ¾ Cup (380g)
-Cooking oil 4 tbs
-Baking powder 2 tsp
-Chocolate chips
-Icing sugar
-Chocolate syrup

Directions:
-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar,vanilla essence & whisk well.
-Add half quantity of milk & whisk well.
-Add all-purpose flour & whisk again.
-Now add remaining milk and whisk well until smooth batter is formed.
-Add cooking oil,baking powder & whisk again,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes.
-Heat griddle,on low flame,add ¼ cup of prepared batter,add chocolate chips in the middle of the batter then top with batter to cover the chocolate chips.
