1.Tikka Loaded Fries Recipe/Pizza Loaded Fries
Ingredients:
Potato Fries:
-Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 3-4
-Pani (Water) as required
-Pani (Water) as required
-Namak (Salt) 1 tbs
-Oil for frying
Chicken Tikka Flavor:
-Tikka masala ½ tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Chicken fillet 1
-Oil 1 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs or as required
Assembling:
-Potato fries
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Pizza sauce
-Cooked chicken
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped
-Jalapenos chopped
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubes
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Black olives
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
-Dried oregano
Directions:
For Potato Fries:
-Cut potatoes with the help of the french fries cutting machine (1.3 cm thick).
-In bowl,add water,potato fries and let it rest for 30-45 minutes.
-In pot,add water,salt and heat it to boiling point.
-Add potato fries and leave for 6-8 minutes.
-Now pat dry potato fries with the help of the kitchen towel or paper & let them cool.
-Can be freeze in zip lock bag for up to 1-2 weeks.
-In pot,heat oil and fry potato fries for 2-3 minutes and rest it for 5 minutes.
-Heat oil and again fry potato fries until crispy & set aside.
For Chicken Tikka Flavor:
-In bowl,add tikka masala,yogurt,ginger garlic paste and whisk well.
-Add chicken fillet,mix well and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-In frying pan,add oil and chicken fillet,basting with remaining marinade and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add water,cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes then turn and cook other side until done.
-Turn off the flame,shred the chicken with the help of the fork.
-Turn on the flame and sauté for 1 minute and set aside.
Assembling:
-In small frying pan or baking tray,add potato fries,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,pizza sauce, cooked chicken,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,onion,capsicum,jalapenos,tomato,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese, black olives,red chili crushed and dried oregano.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts.

2.Waffle pizza fries Recipe in English
Ingredients for Waffle pizza fries:Potatoes 1 kg
Ingredients for marination:
1/2 kg Chicken boneless (cubes)
1 cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp White pepper
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Chili flakes
2 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Ingredients for topping:
Cheddar cheese (as required)
Mozzarella cheese (as required)
Pizza sauce (as required)
Oregano (as required)
Chili flakes (as required)
Olives (as required)
Jalapenos (as required)
Capsicum (as required)
Directions:
1.In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, white pepper, red chili powder, chili flakes, oil and salt.
2.Mix all these ingredients well and marinate for 20 minutes.
3.In a pan heat oil, add chicken and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until completely dried.
4.Cut potatoes with waffle cutter then deep fry until light golden brown.
5.Take baking tray, spread waffle fries then add chicken on top.
6.Then spread cheddar cheese, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.
7.Top it with capsicums, olives, jalapenos, oregano and chili flakes.
Bake in a preheated oven for 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese melts at 180 degrees.
Your waffle pizza fries are ready to serve.
3.Dynamite loaded fries Recipe
Ingredients:
Prepare Potato Fries:
-Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 1 kg
-Pani (Water) as required
-Ice cubes
-Boiling water as required
-Namak (Salt) 1 tbs
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Chicken:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
-Chicken boneless small cubes 250 gms
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Knorr tomato ketchup 1 tbs
Prepare Dynamite Sauce:
-Knorr tomato ketchup 1/4 Cup
-Mayonnaise 3/4 Cup
-Knorr chili garlic sauce 2 tbs
-Sriracha sauce 2 tbs
-Shahad (Honey) 1 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves

-Turn off the flame,add cream and mix well.
-Turn on the flame,add sweet chili sauce and mix well.
-Add cheddar cheese and cook until well combined.
-Now add cooked chicken,mix well & set aside.
Seasoning:
-In bowl,add paprika powder,black pepper powder,garlic powder,white pepper powder,salt & mix well.
Assembling:
-In serving platter,add potato fries,prepared seasoning and mix well then add mozzarella cheese,red jalapenos pepper,pickled cucumber,prepared white sauce,red chili crushed,dried oregano,red jalapenos pepper,pickled cucumber & serve!

5.Restaurant Style Pizza Fries - Special Pizza French Fries Recipe
Ingredients:
Potatoes 4 (Cut into finger slices)
Salt as to taste
Black Pepper Powder as to taste
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Pizza Sauce as You Required
Mozzarella Cheese Slices 4
Black Olives as You Required
Green Olives as You Required
Button Red Chilli 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Capsicum 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Mayonnaise as you required
Direction:
Step 1: Take a Large bowl and add Potatoes, Corn Flour and mix it well and then add salt, Black Pepper Powder and mix it well and then fry it.
Step 2: After fried take a bowl and put some Fried fries and then sprinkle Pizza Sauce and mix it and then add Mayonnaise and sprinkle Capsicum, Green Olives, Some Button Red Chilli, Oregano and put Mozzarella Cheese Slice.
Step 3: After that again sprinkle Button Red Chilli and put fried fries and then again spread Pizza Sauce, Mayonnaise and put Mozzarella Cheese Slice. After that Sprinkle again Capsicum, Black Olives, Button Red Chilli, Oregano and cover it and microwave it for 1 minute. Now Your Pizza Fries is Ready.
6.Pepperoni Pizza Fries loaded
Ingredients:
900 g Oven chips use your favourite chips or fries, or how about crispy homemade chips
120 ml (½ cup) passata (tomato puree if you're in the US)
2 tbsp tomato puree (tomato paste if you're in the US)
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
75 g (¾ cup) grated/shredded cheddar cheese
100 g (1 cup) grated/shredded mozzarella cheese
1 red bell pepper sliced
15 slices pepperoni
Small bunch fresh parsley finely chopped
Instructions
1. Place the chips on a large oven tray, in a single layer, and cook as per the instructions on the pack.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the passata, tomato puree, all but a pinch of the oregano, thyme, garlic powder and onion powder.
3. When the chips are cooked, we want to pile them up (rather than have them in one single layer), so either pile them in the centre of the tray, or pile them up on a smaller tray. I like to use a smaller tray, then serve the pizza fries directly from it.
4. Drizzle the sauce over the top of the chips and sprinkle on half of the cheddar and half of the mozzarella.
5. Top with the sliced red pepper, then sprinkle on the remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
6. Sprinkle on the reserved pinch of oregano, then top with the pepperoni slices.
7. Place back in the oven to cook for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the pepperoni is cooked through.
8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle on the chopped parsley before serving.
7.Lip smacking Loaded Cheese Fries with cheesy twist
Ingredients:
4-5 Potatoes
Oil for frying
2 tbsp. Oil
1 tbsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
2-3 tbsp. chili sauce
1/2 tsp Paprika
Salt to taste
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Milk
2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions for Loaded Fries:
Cut potatoes and soak them in hot water for 10-15 minutes. Then take them out and pet dry.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat the oil and fry the fries over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
Take them out and rest it for 10 minutes.
Fry the fries again until golden brown.
Cheese sauce
In a pan heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, chili garlic sauce, salt and paprika, mozzarella cheese & cheddar cheese, milk and mayonnaise. Let the cheese melt.
Place fries in a platter, pour the cheese, sprinkle some jalapeno and spring onion.
8.Cheese Loaded Fries
Ingredients:
Butter - 2 tbsp
Flour - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
Processed cheese - 1 cup
Potato - 300 gm
Salt - 1 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes and cut it into French fries and soak it water for 30 mins to remove excess starch. Now heat pan add butter and refined flour cook it for a minute whisk nicely and break lumps. Pour milk whisk again and cook until thick, add cheese and whisk again.
2. Strain the potatoes and deep fry until crisp. Remove from oil and strain. Serve it on a plate and drizzle freshly made cheese sauce and finish with some oregano and dried parsley.
Cheese Loaded Fries are ready to serve.
9. Barbecue Loaded Fries Recipe
Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Chicken 250 gram
Vinegar 2 tbsp
BBQ Masala 1 & 1/ 2 tbsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Ketchup 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Cheese as much as you want
Potatoes Fries as much as you want
Dried Oregano leaves
Directions:
•In a bowl add chicken,vinegar, bbq masala and red chili flakes mix well and marinate it for an hour .
•In a frying pan add oil heat it for a minute add garlic paste suate for a minute add chicken and cook well until all the water dry on medium to low flame.
•For Mayochup sauce take a separate bowl add ketchup and mayonnaise mix them well (you can increase or decrease the quantity of ketchup or mayonnaise according to your taste).
•In a small baking pan add potatoes fries,mayochup sauce,cooked chicken and cheese (mozzarella or cheddar add one or both that’s totally upto you) Repeat the process and on top sprink some dried oregano leaves.
•Preheat Oven at 180 C for 10 minutes and Bake it at 180 C for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts .

آلو کے فرائز کے لیے:
فرنچ فرائز کٹنگ مشین (1.3 سینٹی میٹر موٹی) کی مدد سے آلو کاٹ لیں۔
پیالے میں پانی، آلو کے فرائز ڈال کر 30 سے 45 منٹ تک آرام کرنے دیں۔
