1.Easy grilled Shrimp Recipe
Ingredient:
• 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
-In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
-Sprinkle the shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. To coat, toss with a fork. Refrigerate while the grill heats up.
-Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat (about 500°F). If using, soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes.
-Thread the shrimp onto skewers to cook, or place the shrimp directly on the grill. If you are not threading your shrimp on a skewer, make sure they are large enough to not fall through the grates.
-Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are no longer translucent. Serve immediately.

2.Dynamite Prawns Recipe
Ingredients:
300g Prawns/Shrimps
1/4 cup Vinegar
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Water
Ingredients for sauce:
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce
4 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Sesame oil
Ingredients for coating:
4 Eggs
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 cup Corn flour
1 cup All-purpose flour
1 tsp Garlic powder
Salt to taste
Directions:
-In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, ginger garlic paste, salt, and water. Soak prawns in this mixture for 10 to 15 minutes.
-In a mixing bowl, combine black pepper, eggs, salt, and soy sauce. Set aside after thoroughly mixing.
-Set aside flour, corn flour, and garlic powder in a separate bowl.
-Coat prawns in egg mixture first, then in flour mixture.
-Then deep fry the prawns until they are light golden brown.
-Combine mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, sriracha sauce, paprika, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl. And your dynamite sauce is finished.
-Coat prawns in dynamite sauce, then top with spring onions and serve.
Dynamite Prawns are ready to serve.
3. Resturant Style Chilli Prawn Recipe by Spice Eats
Ingredients for Chilli Prawns:
- Prawns/Shrimp - 500 gms (250-300 gms. net after shelling & deveining)
1st Marinade:
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
2nd Marinade/Batter:
- All Purpose Flour- 2 tbsp
- Cornflour- 2.5 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
- Pepper Powder- 3/4 tsp
- Soy Sauce- 1/2 tsp
- Egg, whisked- 1
Tempering:
- Garlic chopped- 3 tsp
- Ginger chopped- 1 tsp
- Whole Dried Red Chillies- 3-4
- Green Chillies sliced- 3
- Spring Onion whites, chopped- 3( 2 tbsp)
Sauces:
- Dark Soy Sauce- 2 tsp
- Red Chilli Sauce- 2 tbsp
- White Vinegar-1 tsp
Other Ingredients:
- Onion petals- 1 small onion (50 gms)
- Green Peppers (Capsicum), cubed - 1 cup
- Red Peppers, cubed- 1 cup
- Spring Onion greens, chopped- 3 (3 tbsp)
- Salt- pinch, for seasoning
- Pepper Powder- pinch, for seasoning
- Oil- 1.5 tbsp and oil for deep frying
- Corn slurry- 2 tsp corn flour mixed in 2 tbsp water
Preparation:
- Wash and pat dry the prawns after cleaning, shelling, and deveining them.
- Marinate in 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder. Leave for 15 minutes.
- Peel and chop the garlic and ginger, and cut the green chilies into slices. Remove the onion petals or cut them into cubes.
- Make cubes of the green and red peppers.
- Separately chop the spring onion whites and greens and set aside.
- Now combine all of the batter ingredients with the marinated prawns and thoroughly mix to coat the prawns. Allow for 5 minutes while the oil heats up for deep frying the battered prawns.
- Once the oil is medium hot, add the battered prawns one at a time and fry for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.

- Keep it on a plate after straining. Rep for the other side.
Process:
- Heat 1.5 tablespoons oil in a wok/kadai.
- Stir in the chopped garlic and ginger for 15 seconds.
- Stir in the whole red chilies and sliced green chilies for 15 seconds.
- Stir in the spring onion whites. Stir for 15 seconds.
- Add the onion petals, as well as the cubed green and red peppers. Season with salt and pepper powder.
- 1 minute on high heat, mix and sauté.
- Stir in the fried prawns and cook for another 30 seconds on high heat.
- Pour in the sauces and toss to coat the fried prawns. For 10 minutes, stir fry for 1 minute later, add the cornflour slurry. Stir fry for 1 minute on high heat until it dries up and coats the fried prawns.
- Mix in some chopped spring onion greens and serve immediately. .
Resturant Style Chilli Prawn ready to serve.
4.Prawn Masala Recipe
Ingredients for Prawn Masala:
- Prawns/ Shrimp, gross 1 kg- Nett 500 gms (shelled and deveined)
Fo the Masala Paste:
- Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
- Onion, thick slices- 200 gms (2 big onions)
- Ginger, chopped- 1” piece
- Garlic cloves- 7-8 (8 gms)
- Green Chillies- 3-4 cut into 2
- Tomato, thick sliced- 100 gms (2 small)
Spice Powders:
- Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 2 tsp
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1.5 tsp
- Coriander Powder- 3 tsp
- Cumin Powder- 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder- 1 tsp
Other Ingredients:
- Oil- 4.5 tbsp
- Salt- 1.5 tsp
- Coriander Leaves, fine chopped- 2 tbsp
Preparation:
- Shell, devein, and clean the prawns. Remove the water.
- To make the masala paste, cut the onion and tomatoes into thick slices, peel the ginger and garlic, and chop the ginger. Remove the green chilies.
- In a pan, heat 1.5 tbsp oil and add the cumin seeds. Stir in the onion slices and set aside. Fry for 3 minutes on medium heat, or until the onions become translucent.
- Now add the ginger, garlic, and green chilies, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Finally, add the tomato slices, mix well, and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat, or until the tomatoes are soft.
- Place on a plate and set aside to cool.
- When the mixture has cooled, add the Add 2 tablespoons water to a grinder/blender and blend to a paste.
- Set aside the coriander leaves, which have been finely chopped.
Process:
- In a wok or kadhai, heat the oil.
- Add the masala paste (made earlier) and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.
- Add all of the spice powders except garam masala powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt, mix well, and cook for another 5 minutes on medium heat, adding a splash of water as needed. Fry until the oil separates.
- Now add the prawns, garam masala powder, and 1 tsp salt, mix well, and fry for 3 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 200 ml water, mix well, and cook for 7 minutes on low heat until the prawns and vegetables are tender.
The gravy has been cooked, and the oil has separated.
- Serve garnished with finely chopped coriander leaves.
Prawn Masala Recipe is ready to serve.
5.Spot Prawn Sashimi:
1) Peel the shell and remove the vein.
Note: If you're going to rest the sashimi for a day, remove the head from the tail and place it in the fridge.

6.Sesame Ponzu Dressing:
120ml Ponzu
40ml Sesame Oil
30g Granulated Sugar
1)Combine all of the ingredients.
2)Mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
7.The Yuzu Kosho Ingredients for the butter:
50ml butter 0.5ml
The Yuzu Kosho
1)Slowly melt the butter.
2)Mix in the Yuzu kosho until well combined.
8.Miso Sauce with Prawns
200ml Spot Prawn Stock (Crushed) 15ml Mirin 10ml Soy Sauce
Slurry of potato starch, salt to taste
1)Bring spot Prawn Stock, mirin, and soy sauce to a boil in a saucepan.
2)To taste, add salt.
3)Mix potato starch with just enough water to liquefy.
4)While mixing, turn off the heat.
Slowly add the potato starch slurry to the sauce.
5)Return the mixture to a boil.
Ingredients for Deep Fried Spot Prawn Head:
Spoon Prawn Head Potato Starch Season with Salt and Pepper to Taste
1)Remove the antennae, rostrum, and eyes from the head of the spot prawn.
2)Dislocate the legs slightly from the carapace.
3)Coat in potato starch, gently patting off excess starch.
4)Deep fry at 330°F until almost all moisture has been removed.
Spot prawns ready to serve.
9.Prawn Tempura recipe by food fusion
Ingredients:
Batter:
- Flour 1 cup
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Iced cold soda water ¾ to 1 cup
- Oil for deep frying
- Corn flour for coating ½ cup
- Prawns 200 gms
- Mix vegetables (Onion/French beans/Cauliflower/Carrots/Capsicum/ Brinjal or any of your choice
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, corn flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix in the egg. Gradually pour in the chilled soda water. Overmixing the batter will result in small lumps.
- Keep the frying oil on medium heat.
- Deep fry vegetables after coating them in corn flour and batter. Repeat with the prawns.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Serve with your favourite sauce.
