Directions:

5.Then roll it again into a ball shape and let it rest for 10 more minutes. Lastly roll out this ball in circle shape.
6. Shift this round taco on a preheated and greased pan, prick it with a fork and brush it with milk. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Grease with butter and cook each side on medium flame until light golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
Assembling:

Directions for dough:
1.In a bowl add flour, yeast, oregano, sugar, salt, oil and milk.
Gradually add water and knead a smooth dough. Cover and let it proof for 30 minutes.
2.Make small balls of 105 grams; roll out each in round shape.
Cook on a medium pan on low flame each side for 40 seconds or 1 minute.
3.Then again cook on a grill pan, each side for at least a minute and then cut them from center and make pocket.

4. Now ad chicken stock, salt, black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice and give it a good mix.

Directions for Assembling:
6. Take a bread slice and spread Butter on it. Add a layer of chicken sandwich, potatoes, green sauce and cover it with another bread slice.
7. Spread Butter on top again, add a layer of Cheddar Cheese, capsicum, cabbage, onion, red sauce and cover it again with sandwich bread slice. Spread butter on top on bread slice.
8. Grill the sandwich from each side until golden brown in color.

20.Monte Cristo sandwich
Monte Cristo Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
3 slices white sandwich bread or any type of bread that you like and you have it.
2 slices of cooked ham
3 tablespoon grated gouda cheese, Any type of cheese, you can choose
2 eggs
3 teaspoons mayonnaise
5 tablespoons milk
A little salt to taste
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
1. Cut out all 4 edges of the slices of bread.
2.Spread the mayonnaise onto all 3 slices of bread.
3.Place the shredded gouda cheese onto all 3 slices of bread.
4.Place 2 slices of cooked ham onto each slice of bread.
5.I use a cutting board to press lightly on the slices of bread, cheese and slices cooked ham. After that, turn them on top of the remaining bread.
6.Using the cutting board to gently press on the sandwich again.
7.Place 2 cups on the cutting board for about 3 to 4 minutes to make the sandwich flat.
8.In a bowl, crack in eggs, season with salt and spoon in the milk. Beat the ingredients until combined with a fork.
9.Soak the sandwich in the egg mixture.
10.In a flying pan, melt the butter on medium heat.
11.Once the butter has melted, place in the sandwich.
12.Grill the sandwich until golden brown on all sides for about 3 minutes per side.
13.Cut the Monte Cristo sandwich into triangles and serve immediately. !

25.gourmet grilled cheese sandwich
Ingredients:
Servings for 2
- 6 slices of white bread
- 8 slices of York Ham
- 165g / 6 oz Gouda or gruyere cheese
- 4 Tsp Dijon mustard
- 25g / 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 25 / 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 300ml / 1/2 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Method:
1.Gently bring the milk to a simmer in a small saucepan with nutmeg Turn off the heat.
2.Melt the butter in another saucepan, then add the plain flour. Stir continuously until a paste forms, this is called a roux. Continue cooking for 2 mins.
3.Add the infused milk to the roux gradually, stirring as you go, until you get a smooth sauce. Cook for 10 mins, stirring continuously until the sauce has thickened. Season to taste
4.Grate the Gouda, Gruyere, or any good melting cheese.
Spread the Dijon mustard on each slice and a layer of bechamel, add cheese to each layer on bread and place a slice of ham on top of each slice.
5.Build the sandwich with 3 slices each, 2 slices of ham between each layer.
6.Bring the oven to 200c
7.Melt the butter in a large saute pan over medium heat and toast the sandwich until golden brown
8.Pour more bechamel on top and cheese.
9.Place sandwich on a baking tray and bake for 5 to 10 mins
